The honest constraint is not temperature, it is sealant and adhesive cure behavior, plus safe footing on the roof. Both are managed by changing method rather than by refusing the work. How install day works.

What cold actually changes

  • Sealant cure times lengthen, so sequencing changes
  • Some adhesives are out of spec below a threshold and get substituted
  • Channel contracts, so expansion allowance at terminations matters more
  • Access and footing decide whether a given day is safe at all

When we reschedule

Ice on the roof, or conditions that would mean rushing a seal to get off the ladder. We would rather move you a week than hand you a leak in March. That is a judgment the crew makes on the day, not a policy.
