Part of the same system.

  • Fitted once, then left alone

Routed in and sealed on install day. Nothing to put up in November and nothing to take down.

  • Its own zone in the app

It comes on and goes off independently, so the back of the property can stay dark while the front is lit.

  • Ours to service

The crew that fitted it is twenty minutes away.

What soffit lighting actually is.

Shallow overhang
Narrow beam, aimed straight down
Standard overhang
Medium beam, slight wall wash
Deep overhang
Wide beam, full wall wash
A 16 inch soffit and a 30 inch soffit are not the same fixture. We measure the overhang before choosing one, which is why soffit lighting is quoted separately from roofline.

Everything in the written quote.

  1. Overhang measured

Depth and height decide the beam angle. A 16 in. soffit and a 30 in. soffit are different fixtures.

  2. Aiming

Wall wash or straight down, set on site with you looking at it, not chosen off a spec sheet.

  3. Separate zone

Soffit and roofline switch independently, because they are rarely wanted at the same brightness.

  4. Trim finished

Cut lines closed and sealed, so the underside looks factory.

Soffit Lighting: what people ask before they book.

We confirm it in your written quote after the on-site measure, because it depends on the elevation.

Permanent. The channel and the LEDs stay on the house year round and there is nothing to take down in January.

Yes. Landscape fixtures, bistro runs on a pergola, and additional elevations can all be added to an existing controller and appear in the same app.

The Omaha metro and Council Bluffs. Every city we serve is named on our service areas page.

The system runs on its own app and controller. Tell us what you are running and we will tell you honestly what does and does not integrate.
